Is it me? Or is VH1.......

....going to shit?

Granted, growing up, VH1 just played pop videos, and I never watched it.. But in the past 5 or so years, they started doing good things.. Like attempting Hip Hop Honors, or I Love the 70's/80's/90's shows, or all the documentries that they do on various groups/bands.. Etc etc... I actually started watching it alot.

But then they started doing stuff like Surreal Life, then Flavor of Love.. And sure Flavor had his funny moments. But then there had to be a season 2. And Now "I Love New York"? Who in the hell is going to watch that?!?!?! That bitch is CRAZY! And now she has her own show?!?!?!

And now the back breaker of them all. The White Rapper Show. Holy Hell I couldn't even watch 10 minutes of that crap.. I mean, WTF? Out of the 10 "MC's" that they chose, only 2 seem to be half-way decent, and the rest are a circus act.. They could have pulled WAAAAY better mc's than that! So, VH1: I ask you... Is that really good TV? Is it?

Oh, it hurts me just thinking about it.

LOL! I feel you man.. a friend of mine sent me a text message to turn on VH1 last night... so I did... and it was the White Rapper Show.. I have to say that it is VERY hard to watch. I can easily say it is probably the worst thing on TV right now hands down.

...... Yea, I don't think I'll be watching anymore of it lol

It's a ploy man to draw in more "urban" viewers, since we all know that they're target audience is white.(no offence) but even with the stuff that they show to draw the "urban" viewer that stuff is still CRAP!! "I Love NY"???? She has no idea how far she set the "REAL" NY sistas back with this crazy show. She was made a fool of twice by flav(mad props to flav for that by the way) and no she has a show? What brother in his "right mind" with a tv set who saw what she went through would even put his self out there like that on national tv.. you know she's lookin for payback and as my man Heavy D said, " you lookin for a brother to get got, I'm not the one"

Plus VH1 has never been big with me anyway. so there's no love lost there with me...as long as I have the remote.....I always have options!!

Oh my god. I just got home and my wife was watching that crappy show about the white rapper. I couldn't beleive my eyes. I actually saw some of the WACKEST rappers that I have ever seen and on top of it all MC SERCH was the host or whatever he was doing. HE was grilling these new jacks who had to come up with a rap about the bronx after siting in an ice freezer. and then he began to tell them about the birth place of rap and about grandmaster flash and the whole bronx thing.....

WHAT A NERVE OF VH1!! I wish i could start a boycot of that whole station after watching that show.. that has to be the biggest waste of airtime that i have ever seen. and I betcha that are millions of people who watch that crap trying to get on it... How can Serch be an authority on anything??? He weas born in queens... MAn, the CRAP they'll put on tv these days...
