Run-D.M.C is my favorite group,


This is the first rap group to have the recompense of platinum disc ! This group innoved the hip hop


and created a new style : the rap rock.


Run-D.M.C was the first group to go to the MTV music awards


Run-D.M.C launched the career of LLcoolJ ( 1985 ), 50cent ( 2002 ) , saved the career of Aerosmith ( 1986 ) and have contribued to launch the career of the Beastie Boys ( 1985-1987)


Run-D.M.C was composed of tree MCs of legend :


DJ Run, D.M.C and the world's famous Jam Master Jay


They started in 1983,


when the hip hop was very inspired of the funk music ...


They have progressively changed the face of hip hop in the 80's.


( 1980-1984 funky rap, 1984-1987 electro and rap rock but they lost the success in the end of the 80's cause youngs fan prefered


Public Enemy and other groups having more politics engagement


Run-D.M.C's members separated in the early 90's and Jam Master Jay continued his personnal career ...


In 2002, they tryed to come back !


This new album was not very popular and Jam Master Jay been assassinated by two motherfuckers ...


DJ Run said to the medias that the Run-D.M.C stoped !


The story of Run-D.M.C knew up and downs but this group is now a legend...

Ok thanks but I did an error, Run-D.M.C started  the career of 50 cent in 1997 nd not in 2002 ! sorry for this fatal error and thanks fr the adress of your websit ( nuflav )
