o.k., I KNOW this will start a debate: What is the perfect rap song? What do I mean by perfect? I mean a song that combines 1. lyrical skill, 2. creativity, 3. listenability, 4.content, 5.and good old fashion dopeness. I think that "Road To The Riches" by Kool G. Rap & D.J. Polo is the best. The way that He told a whole life story so succinctly is fresh....I also like "lil' Ghetto Boy" by dre' and snoop......

I've seen this post for a couple days now, and I think I gave it enough thought, so here's my pick:

Pete Rock and CL Smooth - They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)

Lyrical skill -
***** (5/5 stars)

Creativity -
***** (5/5 stars)

Listenability -
***** (5/5 stars)

Content -
***** (5/5 stars)

Good old fashion dopeness -
***** (5/5 stars)

This song never gets old. I've listened to it from day one, and I still find that I have to hear it from time to time...

I can't beleive none of you said "Bedtime Story".. It's CLASSIC!! You gotta admit it's all story.... And where's THE MESSAGE? you mean to tell me that those two didn't hit you guys first.. We're talking true stories here..and not to mention that you can't find anyone who doesn't know all of the words to both songs..Black or white....both songs are known world wide....Beleive me I know.. I've heard everyone from usa to japan singing both of them and Jammin them both.....Come on ole heads...think!!

Just-Ice - Goin' Way Back
