This song came out in the late 90s and its either Quad City DJs or 69 Boyz. There are some females rapping in the song as well and it starts off, "If you don't wanna' party then you can go home.. we got... and ... got it goin' on. Goin' to a party.. who you gone see..."

It almost has the same beat as "The Train!" except there are females rapping as well as fellas.

Also, where can I find a clean version of Luke Scarred (single)
