Yo, whats up guys? I understand that many people here are very educated on some of the best Old School Hip-Hop joints. So... can you drop some knowledge on me? I need your top 10 Cds, and I plan to pick them up. Help a newcomer find his way through the crap and to the gold, thanks in advance.

We can't let just anybody invade the oldschool, look at what all the newschoolers have done to it.. We need to know who we're giving our oldschool to, we need to know that they can handle it and they have good intentions with it..or else we have to keep it on lock...

I NEVER said that i didn't want to share.if I did I wouldn't have hooked you up like i did. (Remember) I'm just saying we just can give our oldschool to just anybody. never know who's getting our stuff and what they're doing with it.. I don't mind hooking people up but i gotta know what's up.. If myou KNEW anything about dj's from back in the day, we would always have blacked out labels on our 12" when we played them so nobody could just walk up and see what we were playing.. It's how the game was back then and that's how i am..I gotta know you're legit!! to get my stuff...

I think it's because of our age differences that i'm like that because I don't really think you can appreciate the true oldschoolness of it all. i'm not hatin on you for wanting to get into the oldschool but like I said i hvae to know what's up.. you're aight though..

It's an age thing, what I mean is that we LIVED OLDSCHOOL, and you just like how it sounds..there is a difference.. that why I say that you can't fully appreciate it.. Here's an example, we had a store in my hood that sold PENNY cookies back in the day.. That's how we lived, Today, that sounds funny to you.. and to me too but that's how he we lived.. See, that may interset you, but that was our LIFE.. It's all good, I ain't hating on you because you dig oldschool, but I just don't hand it all out because you had to be there to appreciate it and just because you "like" it doesn't always do it for me.. Sorry.. I'll hook you up if you want a name of a cut or something but to share it is another issue..You diggin me?

Jones, I konw I didn't live at that time but I know a bit how it was going and I like that, I like the oldschool music, clothes and I like the oldschool lifestyle too. I need luck, I fond of the 80s.
