Hey, remember back when kids used to go OUTSIDE and PLAY? My kids are hooked on t.v., x-box and the web....Who remembers "playing"? How many games/activities can we come up with?


1.Freeze tag


2.sprts card "flippin'


3.actual flipping


4. marco polo


5.marbles


6.building models


7. straight up footraces


8. trying to fly those stupid balsa-wood airplanes

lets go down the line...

he-man, gi joe, green army men, transformers (which the movie comes out next summer), and many other action figures in or outside

playing football until you get those dirt rings in the fold of your elbow or around your neck from sweating

playing in the sprinklers (this might be a miami thing) in the front yard during the summer

jumping ramps with your bike....

1. That's My Car

2. Stick ball

3. street football

4. catch and kill (girls included)

5.foot races in the street (gotta know who's the fastest in the hood)

6. train hoppin

7.double dutch ( I know it ain't just me either.. messin with the girlies)

8. spin the bottle

10.dice with the old dudes

this list can go on and on around my way.. Po people didn't have no games so you made up alot..
Don't even get me started on getting caught by the streetlight.. now that was a game in a class by itself, and you NEVER wanted to loose..

Bike races man.. we had this hill down the street and youd go flyin.. sucked gettin back up though
